The Beachouse at Montalivet makes an old fashioned, charming and relaxed out of season rental at reasonable rates. Warm and cosy in winter with eco friendly pellet stoves (remote controlled and lasting 36 hours), good insulation, solar powered hot water, heated towel rails, English TV, Wifi and telephone if required. Excellent local school and school bus, French lessons, cooking and babysitting.

WEST FLAT
Enclosed garden for pets with its own gate. Large west facing window and south facing verandah, pellet stove and electrical convectors. 1 double bedroom and bedroom with 3 single beds which could convert to office. Small, but well equipped with Wifi and telephone if required. English TV, microwave and washing machine.
£500 per month plus bills.

MIDDLE FLAT
Spacious with 3 double bedrooms, pellet stove, washing up machine, microwave, English TV. Electric heaters for milder days, cots, high chairs, long farmhouse table and one bedroom which converts well into winter sitting room with L-shaped sofa converting to double bed.
£700 per month plus bills.

EAST FLAT
Small but well equipped. Combines well with Middle Flat as annex for guests, or children.
Small kitchenette, small bathroom with shower, double bedroom with 120cm bed which can convert in Winter to living room with sofa bed. Wooden stairs to "garconnerie", snug attic room with double bed and two singles. TV. Could suit couple (with child or two even). Separate entrance with car parking at the back of the house slightly separated from front units for privacy.
£400 per month plus bills.
