FAMILY CELEBRATIONS, SMALL "FRENCH" WEDDINGS, SPECIAL SEMINARS

Because so many clients have celebrated family events in the past few years at the Beachouse and Pey Au Bruc we are offering an intimate party event service for clients who would like to combine a holiday or long weekend with a special celebration.

The concept is country house party with a professional catering and bar service using both houses to accommodate groups of family, friends or work colleagues (up to thirty). There is a beautiful deserted drive through the forest between the two houses, skirting the old Compostella pilgrim route and a shuttle service can be provided. In this way the unique individual characteristics of secluded woodland and countryside can be enjoyed at Pey Au Bruc and the joys of the beach and the buzz of a small seaside resort at the Beachouse.

Pey Au Bruc would be the venue for the event but guests can have a full catering service at the Beachouse if so desired. We can arrange transport from Merignac airport or guests can arrange their own transport and car hire.

WE CAN ORGANISE:

  • CATERING English style or French style or a combination of both
  • Archie, "mixologist", veteran barman of more than 150 London celebrity events can provide all barwork from cocktails to fine wines
  • Eric my French so in law and his father (who was manager of Bordeaux's most celebrated Bar Restaurant for 20 years) will point you in the direction of the finest Bordeaux has to offer
  • Indoor seating with heating and log fires if necessary for 30 or outdoor seating round the pool
  • An opportunity to tour the Medoc wine chateaux to choose your own wines for the event or simply stock up for your return
  • Fireworks with no complaints from neighbours!
  • Live music: Vincent can provide rock blues to get things moving with a trio, quartet or full seven musicians for 200 euros per musician. Make as much noise as you like!

  • Dressing up and HATS a speciality!
  • A dance floor
  • Extra accommodation for guests who wish to be a bit removed for some of the time (either self catering or hotel)

BEST OF ALL we leave the choice up to you from a simple reception with canapes on your arrival and the occasional dinner to full catering for your stay. We are anxious you stay firmly within your budget with no hidden extras.
